Introduction

The Samarpan Physiotherapy Clinic is seeking a skilled and fresh/experienced Computer Operator Cum Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and front desk support to our busy clinic.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Computer Operator Cum Helper will include:

• Greeting and welcoming patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering phones and emails
• Maintaining patient records
• Processing insurance claims
• Handling cash and credit card transactions
• Performing data entry
• Providing general office support

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a computer operator or in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
