Swimming – Swimming is maintained a healthy weight, heart, and lungs.

Aerobics – It will help with cholesterol, reduce type 2 diabetes, improve immunity, lower BP, and burn up calories.
Strengthening/Stretching – It will help in body flexibility and mobility.
Jumba – It is one of the dance forms. In Zumba, the cardio movement is involved to help boost your heart rate and ultimately improve your heart and lung function.
