– While sleeping on your back a small pillow under the back of your knees can help the spine and support the natural curve in your lower back.
3) Relax – Back pain can be caused due to tension, stress or other non physical problems. Yoga or meditation practices may help lift your mood up, stretch your muscles and make you feel relaxed so that you can manage your back pain.
